On-Device Data
The app stores your work directly on your device. This includes local drafts and finished pack data (saved packs), as well as local settings and preferences such as theme, text density, export style, and onboarding tips.
This local content is stored on the device and is not automatically transmitted to EVERSTONE LEGAL PARTNERS LTD. The core workflow is local to the device, and the application does not automatically send your saved packs or preferences to us or to any server.
You can manage this local data through the app's own controls, which allow you to delete individual packs or clear all local data, or through Android device settings. Uninstalling the application will also remove locally stored app data.
Export and User-Initiated Actions
The app allows you to export, copy, or share locally generated Strategic Review Packs through Android system actions. These actions occur only when you initiate them, and they are not automatic or background operations.
When you choose to export or share, the data leaves your device only according to the action you select (for example, saving a file, sending an email, or using the Android share sheet). Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them.
The app also provides contact and legal pages that may open external Android services such as a browser, email client, or maps application when you select them. Those external services are not operated by us and have their own privacy practices.
Information Not Automatically Collected
The application does not include login, account registration, cloud synchronisation, backend storage, payment processing, or subscription functionality. It does not provide monetisation features.
Local content stored on the device may contain personal information if you choose to enter or attach it, but this information is not automatically transmitted to the developer as part of the core workflow.
Use Limits
Outputs generated by the app are based on your own entered observations and are intended as informational and organisational aids for strategic review planning. They are not a substitute for formal professional advice and do not constitute legal, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice, nor do they represent certification or authoritative sign-off for any process.
You are responsible for how you use the outputs and for ensuring that any decisions made based on them are appropriate for your circumstances.
Data Retention
Local review data remains on your device until you delete it, clear local app data, or uninstall the application. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them, and we do not retain or store any of this data on our servers.
We do not operate a backend that would hold your pack data, and we do not process local content on the developer side.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect any information we handle. However, you are responsible for securing your own device and any exported files you create. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights (UK and EEA)
If you are located in the UK or the EEA, you may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, including rights to access, correct, and delete personal data, and to restrict or object to processing, where applicable and where such processing occurs. These rights depend on whether and how personal data is processed, and they may be limited by law.

Children's Privacy
The app is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal data from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or address the situation.
