Every Strategic Review starts with a free exploratory conversation. Following that, we agree a fixed fee based on the scale and complexity of your business. You receive a comprehensive written report within ten working days.
What should my business expect from the process?
We review your current operations, financial position, and strategic objectives. You'll gain a clear analysis of strengths and opportunities, and identified risks, along with a prioritised action plan for improvement.
Do you work with just one business at a time?
We offer a committed engagement, so your business receives our complete focus during your project. Our business model allows for a selected number of concurrent reviews to ensure quality and continuity.
Is the review conducted at my premises or remotely?
We typically conduct an initial site visit, then also undertake a module of remote interviews and document analysis. This ensures full engagement without causing disruption to your daily operations.
What does Everstone Legal Partners provide alongside the report?
Extra to the written report, we provide a face‑to‑face presentation to your leadership team and up to two follow‑up advisory sessions to support your implementation.
Do you maintain confidentiality if I share strategic plans?
All standard work is covered by a mutual non‑disclosure agreement we issue before your assignment, and we're comfortable with a bespoke NDA should you include sensitive commercial information.
